Andouille (pronounced Ann-DOO-we) is a smoky kielbasa-style sausage with whole black peppercorns and red pepper flakes. It’s our spiciest and most flavorful.

Not for the timid, the Andouille sausage has what our customers have come to call hang time. At the first bite, your taste buds will laud you for the smoky full-bodied flavor of this all-pork sausage. Just wait. Twelve full seconds later, the peppers reach full blossom on your tongue.
