German Bratwurst - Brown on both sides over indirect heat. Serve on bun or with sides of sauerkraut, red cabbage, spätzle or potato salad. skillet or grill.

Cheddar Bier Bratwurst - Brown on both sides over indirect heat, until cheese melts. skillet or grill. This is definitely one for the bun!

Andouille - Brown on both sides in skillet or grill over indirect heat. Traditional Louisiana style sausage is typically served with red beans and rice, or in jambalaya.

Polish – Also called "kielbasa," this is a highly seasoned smoked sausage of Polish origin made from pork and (sometimes) beef. It is flavored with garlic an other spices. It can be served cold or hot. Brown on both sides in skillet or grill over indirect heat. Great in a bun with sauerkraut, or with sides including sauerkraut and potatoes.

Bockwurst – Brown in skillet on both sides. Steam with slight bit of water (1/4 cup) Traditionally served as breakfast meat with eggs and fried potatoes.

Potato Sausage – Swedish delicacy. Brown and serve on skillet or grill. Served on a bun, or as an entrée, with sides of red cabbage and potatoes
